Well drilling can be complicated at times, but most problems have a simple solution. If you are having trouble with your well and cannot find the answer in the included DVD set — the second DVD has an extensive troubleshooting section — please contact us using the "Ask Us" button on the top of this page and we will do our best to assist you.

All items are warranted against manufacturer's defects. First, contact us and let us know what the problem is — most of the time it’s something simple you can do on your end, and often returning it wouldn’t help (if your compressor is hooked up wrong, for example).

If that doesn’t work, then we’ll arrange for a warranty return. If it's our fault, we'll fix it. If it turns out to be your fault (sand in the motor, etc) we’ll repair it and return it for a fair price.

Refunds
If you change your mind before using the tool and would like a refund within 90 days of purchase, we will happily accept a return no-questions-asked. For returns received (not posted, but received) within 90 days there is a 15% restocking fee on non-defective, unused items to cover our costs and labor in processing your order.

After 90 days, the restocking fee is 20%. This reflects the need to retest the tools before resale, and possible additional costs in refunding to an alternate payment source. Unfortunately after 6 months, we are not able to accept any returned equipment. We suggest reselling the kit on Craigslist or Ebay.

Items must be received in good condition, so pack them well. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If you live outside the continental US, the restocking fee may be significantly higher as it has to cover our initial shipping costs which increase dramatically with distance.

Also, if your total order does not total $100 or more, the restocking fee may be higher in order to cover our initial shipping fees (which are often more than 15% of the cost of small orders)

Any refund, for any reason, will incur a 6% charge to cover my own transaction fees. For example, let's say you buy a $700 kit, then immediately change your mind before we ship it. We're happy to refund your order, but we can't refund all of it. The bank charges us about $25 to process your credit card. To send you a refund, the bank will charge us another $25. So even though you changed your mind right away, it still costs us $50 to process and then refund your order. So in this case you would be refunded $657.95.

We do not accept returns for used tools under any circumstances. We keep our prices very low for what we offer. So while we will gladly replace defective items, we cannot offer refunds on used items. Plans/DVDs are not refundable under any circumstances. Updated On Dec 9, 2021
